David Ruotsala started building basements and pouring floors in the early 80's as a hobby around his main source of income, farming. The business grew by it's good reputation and word of mouth. Shortyl after, Dave sold his cows and dedicated his time to the concrete business. Ruotsala Concrete Construction has poured over 3 million square feet of concrete. Ruotsala is constantly upgrading machinery to serve all of your needs.
